The Business of Sleep – The Wake-Up Call | Vicki Culpin | TEDxHultAshridge
If every working-age adult slept for 7–9 hours per night, we could save the UK economy up to £38 billion per year.

One single change – getting enough sleep – is all it takes.

This is not a leadership issue. Our research has found that poor sleep, and the impact of this poor sleep, is present right across the working population, from CEOs to junior staff without management responsibility.

The costs to the individual, to the organisation, and to the economy are significant. So make one change – get the right amount of sleep that you need each night. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by Ashridge Executive Education.
