It's important to start by considering that no university degree, regardless of institution, can ever guarantee by itself that you would obtain the formal authorization (visa, residence permit, etc...) that would enable you to settle in your chosen European country, as Migration rules do vary from place to place, and are dependent on many other factors outside of our control.
